Hey everyone, I can't believe it is the end of the week already!
Last night Peter and I went to the University of Tennessee Rec Center (T-Rec) to make an appearance at a bench press competition they were having. NO we did not participate:).
Of course I was sporting my ABB/ON and I gave out a jug of Pro Complex to one of the winners.
We had a great time meeting alot of the college students. Peter and I are looking forward to holding a seminar at the T-Rec in the near future.
We are getting ready to make the big trip to Ohio for the Arnold Classic here soon.
We will drive Monday night to Dayton Ohio (were I am from and my Mom and Dad still live), hang out with the family, drop the puppies off:), and head to Columbus on Thursday!
Can't wait.
