Hey

Hello everyone!

Things have been pretty busy around here b/c Peter and I are going to be closing on our very first house this Friday!!!!

We are very excited and very blessed to be able to do this. Our families will be coming into town this weekend to help us make the move:).

It is a beautiful home in an awesome location here in Knoxville. I will try and post some pics once we are all moved in.

I also wanted to tell you to pick up the March issue of Muscle and Fitness (on newsstands Feb. 4th). I have a shoulder training article in that issue.

Also, if you have a chance, pick up the Max Muscle magazine (Max Sports & Fitness). Peter and I have an article in it called Meet The Putnams:). Of course it mentions that I am an ON sponsored ahtlete!:).

I always mention that in any interview I give, but unfortunately it doesn't always make it into the article:(.

Things are busy on this end, but I am feeling very blessed and thankful.

Off to the gym to train! I am on week three of my Arnold/photoshoot tighten up diet (if that is what you want to call it:) ). I am feeling great and noticing some changes!
