HMB Day 13 since adding this to my supplements

1815I started taking HMB, as in my last blog, on November 1st. I have taken 1 gram at wake-up, 2 grams following my training and 1 gram at bedtime.

Over the past 13 days, I missed 2 “bedtime” servings, but have not missed any others.

Okay, my experience…..

I am as about consistent as the come…food, training and rest…so, I think I am a great candidate for this unscientific experiment as I am also very much in tune with my body.

I noticed on about day 3 that I had minor hunger pains and I actually started sleeping a little better. I have not noticed much in regards to recovering faster…BUT I have felt stronger which leads me to believe I did actually recover a little better. I am on about a 5 day repeat cycle with my training…so to be stronger by about 5-10% with the ONLY change being HMB…deductive reasoning suggests it must be the HMB!

Since that change, which has stayed consistent, I have not noticed any other reactions from taking HMB.

In summary to this point, I feel comfortable saying HMB has helped in my recovery and if possible, helped in my sleep patterns…

I will make another post next week…let’s see if anything else happens!!!

Jason, congrats for all the great improvements! There is NO doubt that I whole-heartily believe in the power of HMB for recovery time especially.

Jason: are you cycling the HMB? I just started HMB yesterday because of the good press from everyone in the forums.....
