Finding Balance
by: Ben Hartman - September 14th, 2008In the past I've been guilty of being 100% or not at all when it came to dieting down....and by 100% I don't mean 100% effort but 100% of who I was as a person, mentally and emotionally as well as physically.
I've done such a good job this summer at balancing out my life that the dieting process has been much more productive yet easier than in the past, and most people haven't even noticed I've been doing anything different (save for the skeleton face I have going on right now, lol).
The take home message is that your passions and hobbies should be part of who you are but shouldn't define who you are 100% as a person....always find time for "real life"
