77This week I have a final on Tuesday in my Nutrition for Athletes class and expect to do pretty well

Work should be easier this week so I also anticipate training and eating to be top notch as well.




Tuesday: Finished my final today in record time....pretty sure I got a 100% :)



I'm starting a new split this week and here was today's workout

Tuesday - Back, Hams


Deads....2 x 6 @ 365 + green band
*I tried 405 and couldn't budge it off the ground, so I imagine the bands added at least 150+ out of the bottom and considerably more at the top considering I started losing my grip on almost every rep and I've had no problem pulling 500 from the floor for reps

D-grip Cable Row....1 x 8 @ 250, 1 x 6 @ 250
*I wanted to try for 12 but the deads wiped me out. I anticipate going lighter next time

Barbell Row....1 x 10 @ 225, 1 x 8 @ 225
*I went a little wider and pulled higher into my belly than normal to hit more of my middle upper back, which is a priority spot right now

V-bar Pulldown....1 x 8 @ 170, 1 x 8 @ 150
*I got 11 last week so it goes the show the stress the previous 3 exercises caused over last week's choices



Finished with some light leg curls and stiff deads since I will be doing hams with quads on Saturday
