87Hey guys! All is well with me. I've just been eating, training, and simply enjoying life! My progress has been steady with my weight increasing ever so slightly without any added "blubber" to my physique. My day's are pretty much the same during the week between clients, school and training. Come weekend time, I let loose a little bit in terms of diet, going out to dinner with my girlfriend and enjoying it. I mainly try to make sure my weekend days stay clean with my usual high protein intake and enjoy myself at dinner time. I know that come spring time for Collegiate Nationals, it's on!

Last Friday was a big day for me in terms of deadlifting. I finally broke the 500 mark with a set of 505 LBS!!! I was super stoked :)

My current supplement list as follows-
ON's Super Multi Pack (taken at breakfast)
ON's coated fish oil tabs (taken at breakfast)
ABB Speed Shot or Tribulus Shot (pre workout)
ON's VassiveNO (during workout)
ON's 2:1:1 Recovery (post workout)
ON's Glutamine powder (mixed with 2:1:1 post workout)
ON's Micronized Creatine powder (1 tsp. mixed with 2:1:1 post workout)
ON's BCAA powder (mixed with VassiveNO during workout)

I also supplement with ON's 100% gold standard whey, casein and ABB's Extreme Body 50 RTD.
