Doggcrapp Training Week 3

87Hey all!

Week 3 of DC training is behind me. I've tacked on some good strength and my goal of 220 LBS. is on the horizon. I stepped on a crappy bathroom scale clothed and was at 220. I'm estimating to be around 215-217 in the raw. I've been focusing on eating a lot and keeping my protein intake high (400+ grams). All and all, things seem to be working.

I'm also trying to bring my cardio back up. I'm shooting for 3 - 30 minute sessions a week. It might not seem like much, and it really isn't, but my body responds well to it. I also will be getting together this week with my coach to discuss my prep for Collegiate Nationals. This weekend will be 18 weeks out.

My supplement list is as follows-

ABB Whey force and Extreme body 50 RTD
ON threshold
ON Vassive-No
ON 100% casein

I LOVE threshold. Beta-Alanine is going to be the next biggest thing. The endurance gains are unreal.
