Doggcrapp Training Week 2

87Hello all! I just finished my second week of DC training and the rewards are starting to come in. I had a slight set back last weekend as I came down with the flu. I didn't miss a workout though as I just moved my Monday workout to Tuesday. Things are back to normal now. The weight gains seem to be never ending. My leg press weight has jumped up to almost 1,400 LBS. for 10 reps. My weight is also holding steady around 215 LBS so my initial plan of dieting down from 220 shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I'm writing this in the airport, coming back from the Arnold Classic. What a great time! Like usual, the expo was jammed with people and the show was awesome! Props to Dexter for looking great and taking the win!

Special thanks to BC, Brad Davis, Jessica, Chuck, John, Ben, George and whoever I am forgetting for making the booth the best at the expo! Awesome job guys!
