1290It is time to make a shift. I have done a high carb and protein diet combo for about 16 weeks. The results are putting me right on pace to hit 240 lbs. Now time to change up.

Carb cycling will start this weeks and carry me through up to diet time. The date will be March 22nd, right in time for Spring Break. I have the breakdown very similar to what I posted last week. 2 high days, 3 med and 2 low days. They are all matched up with either bodypart or conditioning days.

During this time I have kept the sat fats and mono sat fats low. I want to stay leaner this off-season and not have to cut SO hard like last year. This being said I will have those measurements soon. In fact I have to call again and see if my friend Aaron has some free time set aside. The results of the bodyfat testing will also help we with the final 7 weeks and see how I measure up to prior tests.

Workouts, I will now switch up a lot of exercises and use these high carb days to work the larger bodyparts. I'm keeping the reps between 6-12 for now. Soon I will be adding some heavier sets and more dc training.

Conditioning, has also been changed and now up to four times per week. Two sessions at one hour and 3 sessions at 30 min. Just uphill walking and I may add some biking to the regime. Just wish this could be outside, but that will take a bit of time.

So, RA keep up the good work, and I will keep responding to your pm's. Sorry if it takes me a day or so. Until next week.....

Rock - Hey my man how are you? We will see how I trim down when I get up to 240. I could be right on the edge of the 2 classes.
