60So as you all know my back has been an issue for as long as I can remember. Therapy, Rest, Therapy, Fish Oil anything to help. Some days were really bad and Every Day, Getting out of bed hurt!! (Usually after a couple of hours of moving around the pain subsides)

Since the beginning of the year, things surprisingly all of a sudden improved!! What happened????

Well... one night I fell asleep in my daughter's bed. When I got up in the AM, I realized that the pain I usually feel, once I sit up, was not as bad! It was there, but definitely different. BTW My daughter got a new Bed before Christmas. Any ways, the next day I slept in my room, got up, and bam the PAIN was back!!
I decided to try sleeping in my daughter's room for a few days. Timing was ideal, since my husband was traveling!

Can you believe that after 5 days, I was able to jump out of bed with about 10% of the pain that I usually feel!!

The point of my story?? Tell you all the good news :) and make you all aware that some of your back pain may be due to your mattress

What’s next for me??? Invest in a new mattress.
Get ready to step On Stage!!

XOXO
Cindy

Cindy, I couldnt agree more...
Had pains in my neck, mid, and low back after a car accident several years ago... After all the therapy I still hurt...Had the old metal spring mattress and box spring...
Well I tried that temput pedic mattress...no pain what so ever...

Best of luck on the switch...!

Glad to hear Cindy! Probably the last thing I would have thought was the issue, but clearly was!

Should be a great year for your health anyway :)

Cindy, I used to sell mattresses and there is definitely a big connection between pain and what you sleep on. I invested in a really good bed 5 years ago and I thank myself for it every night! Especially while I've been pregnant- no more sciatica like with my first baby!
