Bench Press (2 board)....1 x 3 @ 315, 1 x 2 @ 335, 1 x 1 @ 365
Bench Press (1 board)....1 x 3 @ 315, 1 x 2 @ 335, 1 x 1 @ 365, 1 x 7 @ 315
Bench (no boards)....1 x 7 @ 275 (done bodybuilding style with a pumping action and no locking)
Overhead DB Press....1 x 12 @ 75, 1 x 10 @ 75
*FINALLY my shoulder pain is going away. I had no pain during benching but I was able to do overhead presses with no pain whatsoever.
HS Flat Press....1 x 12 @ 315, 1 x 10 @ 315
*Full 2 second deload at the bottom of each rep
Curl-bar Curl....1 x 10 @ 115, 1 x 7 @ 115
*Very slow and controlled negative with a full squeeze at the top....best they've ever felt and 20lbs. AND 2 reps more than the last time I did them
Pressdowns....1 x 20 @ stack (150), 1 x 12 @ stack + 25 (175)
Cable Crunch........1 x 12 @ stack (150), 1 x 10 @ stack + 25 (175)
