87Today was my first day back to school. I switched my major this semester to Economics with a minor in Business Administration. I'm fortunate that my schedule worked out this semester to only Mon/Wed/Fri. This allows me plenty of time to study, train and work with my clients. The only negative is that school is a good 30 minute drive for me. But, you gotta do what you gotta do.

My studio has come along wonderfully and business is picking up. I had planned on the first few months being somewhat slow but the opposite has really occurred. I'm busier than I would have thought and a lot of new people have come my way. I have had my select group of people that have trained with me for a long time but it's good to see some new people who are interested in working with me. I enjoy meeting new people. Even though I'm not sure if I'll be personal training for the rest of my life, I really really enjoy it. The satisfaction of helping people reach their goals is awesome.

My training has been great as well. I'm finally getting back up to my usual weights and I'm feeling as strong as ever. I've had some trouble getting back to steady clean eating as I'm still eating out for dinner quite a bit. Interesting enough however is that my metabolism just seems to eat it all up. I feel great in the gym and my biggest concern is just keeping my protein up. I'm trying to live a little life and if my g/f or friends want to go out to eat, I'm not depleting myself.

It's back to the reality of school for me but life's good. Fall's coming up and that's always a time I look forward to. As for winter, that can hold off :)

Thanks guys and keep hitting it hard!

I had to get a day planner for the office last night and that sure brought home memories.
