Back to lifting
by: Ben Hartman - December 23rd, 2008between finals, work and holiday stuff I ended up taking all of last week off as well and was pretty excited to get back into the gym yesterday
I plan on lifting 3 days a week for a little bit and also incorporating some powerlifting type structure into my routines in hopes of maybe competing in a tested raw meet before my prep starts in June
