BIG WIN

This past weekend USA GYM won the team trophy at the NPC Grand Prix held in Rockford Team MVP from USA came from behind to easily win the team trophy,with 3 overall wins in figure, womens an mens bodybuilding. Unfortunatly I could not be their to see the show because of my real job but I knew on friday we would be in great shape because all our athletes were in great condition an all knew how to pose which is one of the most over looked areas in bodybuilding, because if you don't show the judge's the rite pose they can't assume you have the whole package to win. My week was pretty heckic with my training, looking at our competitors making sure they are ready an training my other clients. I did get the courage up to do skull crushers this week I did 4 sets working up to 30lbs on each side without any pain at all. I was very happy about that so hopefully I'll be able to compete by september if everything keeps going in the right direction for me.
