87Hey guys! I'm slightly more than 14 weeks away from Collegiate Nats. and things are doing well. I met with my coach about 2 weeks ago and we got a new weight plan going to focus on my weaker points. Overall, I'm floating steady around 220 LBS. with my BF% around 13. My diet will start 12 weeks from the show, meaning it's only 2 weeks out! Dieting is always a bit stressful but it's exciting to watch your body change and develop. I want to come in lean and mean, which should be around 195.

My diet isn't anything crazy right now. Just keeping the protein super high and the carbs moderate. My supplement list is as follows-
