A quick update
by: DannyStevens - September 17th, 2008Nothing too new to report. School is in full swing and business is going great. I expected to be slow during the first few months I was open but the opposite has happened. I still have open spots but I'm very happy in my gym's progress so far. Even over the last 2 months, it's grown a lot. I'd really like to make it a well known entity in my immediate area.
As for my training, I took a slight recovery week last week in an attempt to give my body a break and blast it full force now. For my recovery, I simply shortened my amount of total sets and did more rep work. I focused more on getting a nice stretch and feeling the muscle. It was break for super heavy weight but not a break entirely.
I also want to make everyone aware on the thread I started entitled "The Young Athlete Thread." Please get on there if you can and post up any questions you think would be appropriate. I'd really like to make it a popular section.
