A growing boy has to eat

by: DannyStevens - January 31st, 2008
87Hey everyone! I wanted to post up my eating habits yet again. I've been slowly uping my food intake as my weight is pretty much holding steady at 210 LBS mid-day. My body fat % is sitting at 15% with progress being made on a regular and consistent basis in the gym. I've been having some sort of protein powder (Lift bar, Steel bar, etc.) in hopes of bringing the numbers up a little.

Hope everyone is well!

The food you eat look pretty good. If I could afford to eat all that good stuff, I would. Being in college, I am just sticking to tuna, peanut butter, spinach, rice cakes for post-workout, milk, and water. I am 6'2 and weight 206 pounds with 8.5% body fat. I just need to add some more bulk.
