791I got up this morning and hit my cardio. Showered, got dressed and headed to my full time job. Didn't have time to make breakfast so started my day off with an ON peanut butter lift bar (they are awesome). After I got off, I headed home and made chicken breast low carb wraps for dinner. Then I headed to the gym to teach my water aerobics class. I start the class off with a warm up, before and after stretching, cardio and strength and tone. I try to mix it up, sometimes I teach kick boxing in the water, sometimes we do intervals, however I always include strength and tone. The reason is that this may be the only strength excercise that some of my students are able to do. The best part is they love it.
