5 weeks out from Collegiate Nationals
by: DannyStevens - June 16th, 2008I feel flat, smooth and on my really low carb days, run down. But, at this point of the game, that's to be expected. Once I carb up and/or get a pump in the gym, I feel and look great! I've lost 23 lbs. so far in the past 7 weeks so I'm pleased. Cardio has been upped to 5 - 70 minute sessions and my carb at lunch is now removed. With the combination of AM/higher intensity cardio as well as the decrease in carbs, I should get closer to my target bf%.
Jr. Nationals is this weekend and I'm excited to be there! It will be a great opportunity for pics. as well as a good place to meet all kinds of people. Till then, train hard guys, I know I will :)
Pics. to come....

The way I see it, if you want something bad enough, suffering through it is not an issue :)
Thanks for the kind words Cindy, Brad and Bloodgroove. Brad, see you this weekend!
