3 weeks out from Collegiate Nationals

87Hey guys!

With a little less than 3 weeks to go, I'm getting super excited. I'm down 7 lbs. since Jr. Nationals and I don't feel I've lost any strength/muscle. I'm still pushing the weight like I was 12 weeks ago even though I'm extremely depleted. I've got some nice separation especially in my legs and my upper back. My lower back/abs are still a little soft but with the changes made for this week, I expect a big difference in a few days.

Overall, I'm really psyched but physically exhausted. My diet is essentially straight fish and my salvation comes from my shakes. I'm having 3 shakes a day (ON Nitrocore 24, ON Pro Complex, ON Casein) and they taste ssssoooooo good!!! The cookies and cream flavors have been such a treat to look forward throughout the day. My supplement list is as follows-

ON Super Multi Pack
ON Super antioxidants
ON Nitrocore 24/Pro Complex/Casein/Gold Standard Whey
ON Amino 2222
ON Thermo-cuts

wow 7 pounds since jr.s??? what did you change to drop that? so are you happy with where your conditioning is at this point danny? keep grinding bro, im pulling for ya.

Danny 3 weeks is an eternity in the final stages of a prep where you'll notice changes daily

Thanks for the support guys.

Since last week, my changes came from carb intake and cardio. My body responded really well and with the changes made for this week, I can only improve. Every day is a step towards my goal!

Danny I agree with others...a lot happens in the last few weeks. I don't know what it is, but fat seems to come off so slowly, them BAM, it starts melting off.
