81After getting home from the photo shoot and getting severely depleted, I took the pics to send to Justin. I thought I looked pretty good. I was a little excited to see what he had to say. I was weighing 204lbs, and with the spray tan on I felt awful, but thought I looked better. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now let me put this into perspective. I could win my gym's Mr. Olympia contest, but I'm not competing against the Average Joes at the gym. I'm getting up on a National Stage. The view changes completely when you are going against other winners of state and local shows. There's little room for error at that level. At shows like the USA and Nationals, shows Vic and Brad do, there's even less room for error, so you see where I'm coming from here.

Upon further review of my pics I do need to tighten up my lower back and really tighten up the glutes. I'm a little soft there. My hamstrings are coming in fine, but I still have a few more pounds to go.

I now have:
1 High day (400g of carbs)
1 Medium day (100g of carbs)
5 Low days (50g of carbs on low training days, 0 carbs on non-training days)

2 hours of cardio 30min each session is HIT

I'm no longer using protein powders. I'm only using ephedra, green tea, Thermocuts, and Beta-Alanine (3g x 2 daily)

I'm at 2+ gallons of water a day
