3 Days out Jr USA

I had some carbs with every meal yesterday. Nothing to crazy by any means, but still carbs none the less yippee! For carbs I'm using White Rice, Oats, Sweet Potatoes, and Glycomaize. I'm having 3 glycomaize shakes a day for three days to help speed up the glycogen storage as well as limiting the bloat that can come with so much carbs and water.

I was dizzy all day long. I don't know if it was the re-introduction of carbs or a total lack of sleep, but I could barely drive.

Sleep...what's that? Tuesday night into Wednesday I slept maybe 3 hours and had a few 20min naps during the day after work, but I'm extremely tired now. Last night I got about 5 hours of sleep, but can't sleep this morning. I took a hand full of melatonin with no results. LOL

Aside from being tired, I'm on the positive side as far as my attitude. I'm filling out pretty well, and I think I may beat last years conditioning. We'll see when all the water is gone. Still at 3 gallons a day.

Weight is fluctuating like crazy. Obviously due to the water and carbs, but the more food I eat, the less I weigh. I've been as low as 191lbs this past week. In the morning, dehydrated yesterday I was 195lbs...191lbs this morning.

I've been reading a ton, watching movies as I mentioned, and doing a lot of personal stuff to set up my future. One thing for sure is I'm not sitting around bored. That's been huge for me so I'm not clock watching and obsessing about my next meal.

Tomorrow I'm going in for morning weigh ins at 9am or so. I also have a shoot at 11am and then it's dry out and color up.
