2 weeks out and feeling good

by: V Delcampo - July 13th, 2008
78I am weighing in at 165 in the morning. I just got done working out. My strength is still good and my training is really intense still. It looks like my saving myself has paid off. I am feeling good, looking good and its almost over. My cardio has changed slightly. I start the morning with HIIT cardio training for 30 minutes, then at night I do another 20 of just walking. I am not sure what I will weigh at the contest and I'm not going to worry about what the scale says. I'm going to just keep shredded and see where I come in at. If I end as a light weight rather then a welter it won't bother me as long as I destroy anyone who has to stand next to me. This week I really lowered my carbs and I am eating alot of fish. I don't know if I will be feeling as good this time next week. At that point fumes and adrenelin will due just fine. I will get atleast one more blog in between now and the show and I will update some new pics as well.
Wish me luck guys. Thanks for all you support. You guys have no idea how much having you guys here helps. By having to write about my progess it forces me to be held accountable. And that is an awsome motivater for me. Keeps me focused knowing that there are a few people out there hoping I do well.
Until next time. keep on pumping and look for me to win. yeah!!!
