Here's the break down. It's not very specific, because that's what I pay for.
I have 2 high carb days, 3 medium carb days, 2 low carb days each week.
High Carb days are 600g of carbs, 250g protein, NO ADDED FAT
Medium Carb days are 200g of carbs, 300 protein, 20g added fat
Low Carb days <100g of carbs, 400g of protein, 60g added fat
20min of cardio 5 days a week in the morning or post workout.

sounds good bro! my weight hasnt changed much at all either because ive been adding some into my diet too. ill save the water depleting phase for when it really counts :P

Joe, Make sure you're drinking more then 1.5 grams of water brother :). Good luck and if you need help or have any questions I will gladly give you a hand.
