81This week is a unique week, and doesn't usually appear in my contest prep. I leave for a Western Caribbean Cruise on Saturday for a week. I planned this trip almost a year ago, and that was before I knew I was doing the JR. USA. I'm not that far out of shape where I won't make the show well conditioned anyway. I'm looking forward to the break from a mental stand point. I haven't taken a relaxing vacation in 5 years, so it will be nice to escape from the world for a week.

I haven't changed any of my meals, just the number of High, Medium, and Low carb days in the week. I'll be eating a lot next week, so to prepare for it I will have one high day and one medium day this week and the rest of the days will be low carb. I've increased my post workout cardio to 30 min each now.

My weight hasn't change all that much. I'm still avg 223lbs right now, but I look like crap. I'm not lean enough, and I'm super flat, and holding a ton of water. (not a great combo for appearances) I'll turn the corner a few weeks after I get back.

Your condition will improve once your back from vacation. I love my cardio I love my cardio. :)

I'm in the spot where you see your clients getting leaner and then they loose their fullness. It's all relative. LOL

I will admitt that I'm MUCH leaner now then 16 wks out last year :)
