16 Weeks Out Jr USA
by: Joe Lyons - January 29th, 2008I haven't changed any of my meals, just the number of High, Medium, and Low carb days in the week. I'll be eating a lot next week, so to prepare for it I will have one high day and one medium day this week and the rest of the days will be low carb. I've increased my post workout cardio to 30 min each now.
My weight hasn't change all that much. I'm still avg 223lbs right now, but I look like crap. I'm not lean enough, and I'm super flat, and holding a ton of water. (not a great combo for appearances) I'll turn the corner a few weeks after I get back.
