9 Weeks to go Until North Americans and 10 Weeks until New York Team Universe.My focus is Conditioning and Presentation. I have never competed in two shows 1 week apart, so it will be interesting to see how it all Pans out. I will make sure to keep good notes.

4 WEEKS OUT FROM USAS
Sorry I have been MIA, but it's crunch time! I am 4 weeks out and I'm busting my butt at the gym, tired from the dieting and working alot, on top of it all.
ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES
If you are an athlete, birth control is even worse for you. The extra hormones, and all the health risks. I found this article, and thought it would be a great help to everyone.
MINOR SETBACK
When the show prep ends, and my body starts it's normalizing processes, I always go to the doctor to get a full check up, blood work, etc.
