11 weeks out from Collegiate Nationals

Hey guys!

Yesterday was 11 weeks out from Collegiate Nationals and thing are coming together. For only a week of dieting, I'm happy where I sit. My mid-section is still a little weak but that's to be expected this early on. I'm still carrying a lot of water (2 gallons a day will do that) and my core is where most of my fat is held. Cardio is around 3-4 30 minutes sessions weekly at moderate intensity. Food intake in consistent with moderate carbs, basically just enough to do what needs to be done.

I did weigh myself today and was at 214 LBS. clothed. I do not weigh myself too often as I really don't care too much. Weight really can become too much of a headache and I just let the mirror be the judge. I plan to be at the upper end of the light-heavy's and that's all I need to know. All that matters is that I'm lean and mean, whatever it takes!!!
