10 weeks out from Collegiate Nationals

by: DannyStevens - May 11th, 2008
8710 weeks to go and in actuality, I got plenty of time. 14 days have gone by and I'm really starting to see changes. My overall strength/energy levels have remained great and I'm extremely psyched. I have my moments with dieting but when I look in the mirror and see certain cuts and striations come out that I've never seen, it's all worth it.

This past weekend was interesting. As many of you may or may not know, I am big into the automobile scene. I had a big car show over the weekend that required a lot of work, long nights and unneeded stresses. But, it was all worth while as I won "Hottest Audi" and my team took home 8 awards total. Like a trooper, I had my cooler by my side, full of shakes, fish and salad :)

Next week I visit with Chuck and I know he'll be pleased with where I'm at. Creatine intake has stopped so hopefully I can start to rid a little of my excess water.

Pics. to come soon, I promise :)

Congrats on the car show Danny and still sticking to the diet. Most use excuses not to eat right because they're busy...Not us ON/ABB athletes! ;)

Thanks guys!

Brad - at this point, I was only doing 5 grams of creatine prior to training. We came to the conclusion that it was really just better to drop it. I'm still supplementing with glutamine, aminos, etc.
