AMBER PASSINI'S BLOG ENTRY
2 WEEK UPDATE
Greetings RA~
Hope you guys are kicking butt and taking names in the gym and in the kitchen! I'm having such an awesome time training and eating!! Getting stronger with each workout so I know my nutrition is ON point!
I have only dropped about 1.4 lbs since I've started, but I've dropped 1% in 2 weeks from prep. YEA! Also, my measurements are down--.5 inch in my waist, 3/4 inch in my hips, and I'm almost back to matching my right leg measurement--only .25 to go!!
I haven't even started refeeds yet; I will most likely wait till I'm a bit lower in bodyfat so that should put me around the beginning of February.
I have discovered however I have a calcium deposit on my knee--most likely a result of my bone trying to heal itself from my injury last July. I STILL must take it easy on any and all quad exercises. However, my hamstrings and glutes will not get off so easy ;) So again you must restructure your resistance to fit you--injuries and all. It won't be easy, but I promise you I won't let those little things deter me. Nor should you guys :)
So I promised some food pics--I won't dissapoint!
Hope those uploaded! If not you guys should add me on facebook and check um out there!

So I made my casein ice cream into brownies the other night---oooyygoooey delishiousness.
Yum.
I will be posting progress pictures soon. Pictures are a must when you are prepping for a show, or any fitness goal you have. You have to see the progression--because we see ourselves EVERYDAY we don't see the subtle changes our bodies make.
Please let me know if you guys have any questions, or want me to post on a certain topic concerning competition.
God bless and Eyes on the prize!!
